We finally move into… Spring! This workshop will honour the gentleness of this transition into new beginnings and fresh perspectives. We will explore a menu of self-care techniques through Yoga and breathing that you can use during this month where the light changes tremendously - we gain a full 2 hours 15 minutes! but gradually…

I recommend to set up a sacred space for yourself and to have a 20-30 min walk before if you can.

All levels welcome, suitable for beginners.
