2021 is a new year and this new energy course is designed to connect you with your fresh energy available to you within, and all the powers it may offer you for your year ahead. Our path is through yoga. In this second workshop you will learn the 7 powers of the chakra energy channels that run alongside your spine. We will begin to open and connect with them as we move and breathe. This sequence will borrow from Kundalini Yoga.

I recommend to set up a sacred space for yourself and to have a 20-30 min walk before if you can.
