YOGA WORKSHOPS EVERY SATURDAY
Breath is one of the most powerful ways to bring fresh energy to the whole mind and body.
This workshop will take you through a flow of breathing techniques to reduce stress and flush toxins and tension from the body. Tailored Yoga postures will be threaded throughout.
This workshop will end of 15 minutes of sound therapy using a tongue drum followed by a deep restful shavasana for maximum relaxation.
Suitable for beginners.
