Freedom and strength in backbending with Eleanor

A lot of people fear backbending because of the vulnerability associated with reaching into the unknown and changing your perspective, but also because so many of us are living with chronic back pain that our body is trying to protect us from. 

Opening up the front side of the spine, hips, thighs, chest and shoulders is actually a healthy movement that our bodies are craving, so in this workshop we'll work on releasing tightness in the front-body, and explore safe ways to support our precious spines through strengthening the back-body. 

The antithesis to the office worker or iPhone surfer positioning, this workshop will help shift physical blockages and stagnant emotional energy, leaving you energised and inspired to continue reaching into the unknown.
