Learn how to massage your digestive system, nervous system and fascia from the inside using your breath. Often through our days our breath is short. By bringing our attention to our breath and taking a deeper inhale we allow the breath to expand further in the belly and the lower back, reaching more of the facia. Any tension can then be released on the exhale, leaving us feeling more relaxed and refreshed!
This workshop works through specifically designed asanas, bringing the body into shapes that can maximise the impact of deepened breath.
