Do you ever feel awkward or uncomfortable in a yoga pose, not quite understanding what you should be feeling? This workshop is for new or experienced yoga practitioners with questions about how to make yoga work best for you. We’ll explore what certain postures are ‘meant’ to do for you, while finding an approach of kindness towards your individual needs. You’ll learn how to modify your yoga practice to work around any injuries or limitations, while also learning to respect what your body and energy is asking from you at any given time. The main message to is remind ourselves what we’re doing yoga for in the first place: to be kind to ourselves!
