A 2 hour Vinyasa Yoga flow focused on being in the present. We are often consumed with our past or worrying about the future. This workshop is about celebrating all that you are in this moment - in the now. For there is beauty, power and calmness to be found.
Learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to anchor yourself in the now. Observe your body, being with whatever is there for you, discovering and accepting. Through bringing self-love and kindness we will explore the sweet spot of enjoying the mind and body in the moment.
