YOGA WORKSHOPS EVERY SATURDAY
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced in the practice, this workshop will focus on taking us inwards so we can truly listen to the widsom of the body and understand what we are needing in our lives.
I always believe that movement can support meditation techniques so postures will be weaved throughout.
We will work with techniques from Kundalini Yoga, yin yoga and finish with some Yoga Nidra to aid sleeping. Breath work will be the heart of this flow, allowing your being to detox any old and welcome the new.
Suitable for beginners.
